Doubt about the account collateral.

If i want to lend some bitcoins amount, and i provide my account as collateral. Do i have to give my personal mail id access also which is linked with this bitcointalk account .

OR just bitcointalk forum account userid and password only.

Plz clear my doubt.

If I were loaning you for this specific collateral I would ask for your password, that's it. It woudl then be up to the escrow/lender to change the details (including the email address) for the duration of the loan.

I would recommend having the account placed in escrow unless you trust the lender with your account.

If its possible to just handover the bitcointalk forum account userid and password and the lender can change the mail id only. Then i can lend easily.

You don't need to.  The owner of an account can change the email address with no verification.

You cannot recover it.  Once you pay off your loan, the owner of the account would have to give it back to you.
