What I saw is a Newbie offering help via Skype, which in my book smells like scam. Maybe I am just a bit paranoid. Take care, keep asking questions, nothing wrong about that.

Thanks...My problem is i wanted to add a bitcoin payment gateway on my social network site which already has paypal as the default payment gateway so what i did was try to duplicate the paypal gateway module and change the code to facilitate my needs thus the bitcoin payments. i successfully configured bitcoind on a separate server which works great but any time i try to checkout from the site i get this error

Fatal error: Class 'Bitcoin\Exception' not found in /home/basintal/public_html/test/bitcoin-gateway/includes/Bitcoin/JsonRPCClient.php on line 161

Please am a newbie i dont know what am doing wrong..

This is more of a PHP issue rather than a bitcoin one.  Could try stackoverflow too.  What does like 161 look like? Where did you get the JsonRPCClient.php file?  The error means whatever file defines the Exception class in the Bitcoin namespace has not been included yet.

If this site of yours is for commercial value please please please pay someone who knows what they are doing.
Even if you are just taking automated BTC deposits and then processng withdraws manually... if your DB skills arent upto scratch someone could inject 1000BTC into the code and wait for you to manually withdrawl. Make sure the person you chose has a track record of producing established and well known sites... not just someone doing it as a hobby, or whoever charges you the least. I could probs fumble around and get it going for you, and then you'll get hacked a week later Tongue

However if this is just for fun and you are using testner, well then all the power to ya Smiley and good luck on your educational endevours. Sooooo many resources here and on google to help.

Good luck Smiley

and yeah yeah what I am saying is common sense... well it wasnt to bitfloor, mtgox etc etc Smiley
