Back in the early 1800s, there was accountability. The accountability still exists, but we have forgotten how to use it against them.
The judges and the good cops are happy when the people force accountability on the bad cops and onto the government. It makes their job easier. It's time we start picking up the method again.
The method includes using what is known as the common law. There are two basic definitions of common law. One is the embodiment of all court cases. The other is, simply, this 3-part understanding:
1. Harm no one;
2. Damage no one's property;
3. Fulfill your contracts and agreements.
We need to use the second one. We stand, man to man, human being to human being, with a claim of harm or damage against the bad cop. We do it in such a way that the cop is removed from his official status as a cop, and moved into court as a man.
The basic understanding that this all relies on is, all governmental departments and operations are simply words on paper. They don't do anything unless a human being acts. Since this is so, it is really the human being that does it, not the government, or the police department, or the office of the particular cop involved. Go after the man (or woman) that wears the uniform.
How to do it? It is way easier than becoming a lawyer/attorney. But it is difficult. Start learning, now, so that you are ready when you need it.
