[ANN] btcpong.info : Simple echo service for Bitcoin.

We noticed there is no (popular) echo server for Bitcoin so we coded one.

I use it when I explain people how Bitcoin works. It find it interesting that now we can ping a server with money.
We will make it work with testnet also, where it makes sense for developers.
