Seja bem vindo, BitcoinBarato.

Hello,

I would like to know who decides what is and what is not considered SPAM, and what are the adopted criteria, in order that I understand why my post (as quoted above) was deleted.

Thank you.

Why are you asking us?

Ding ding ding.

Let me explain it to you.

In a self-moderated thread, the thread starter has the ability to delete any post(s) they wish in their thread. There are no rules regarding what can and cannot be deleted in a self-moderated thread - it's all up to the thread starter to moderate it however he chooses. A thread could even be an outright scam (e.g. Selling $50 Amazon Gift Cards! - but he doesn't deliver anything and stops responding to customers after they order) and the thread starter could still delete your post calling out the scam on his thread.

For reasons like the above, self-moderated threads are looked down upon in many cases.

Why you ask here about why a post have been deleted, when it is written in a foreign language that no one is obligated to know?

He asked because he didn't know why his post was deleted. So he just asked here, so he can get an explanation for his question and thus clear his doubt. Smiley
