Unfortunately a lot of people who have offered to do this as well have turned out to be scammers.  Btcjam offers a bit more in the way of tracking users who are "trusted" with a plan and they usually offer to pay back the people who are loaning them money to setup a mining farm.  You basically said, "I need your money" and didn't say anything else... you need to rework your project if you are serious.
