What happened::
He was selling Starbucks gift cards for $15 VIA PayIvy. I decided to buy one, and when I did, it sent me an email with a code. The code is invalid, and it cannot be applied. He is ignoring all of my PM's.

Additional Notes:
I would not recommend dealing with this issue until I get a refund or a proper card.
