Found a large cafe that takes bitcoin: Bruincafe centrum, rembrandtplein 4. First breakfast for me paid for in BTC. I recommend this cafe.

Cafes or coffeeshops?  . It there any of either there that definitely accept btc? I'm going there in nov/dec and would like to spend some of my coins.

There's a couple on the above link though I'm not sure how 'good' they are. I'd also like to know if there are any cannabis coffee shops in Amsterdam accpeting btc. Would be cool to spend some btc on some bud over there  .
