I will tell you in laymen's term: Not very much.
It will cost you 0.0001 btc to send your 0.00018 btc to another address, you are so left with pretty much nothing  Grin

Using a BTC calculator may be an easy way for you to calculate how many bitcoins and a lot simpler way if you are unable to work it out any other way. I can tell you though it's not very much at all.

0.00018009 is a fraction of a single coin, one bitcoin would be 1.00000000.  If you added 1 bitcoin onto the balance you asked about, your total bitcoin balance would be 1.00018009.  Bitcoins are not needed to be in whole amounts like dollars, it's more like change.  Four quarters = one dollar, and one quarter is worth 0.25 dollars, this is the same fractioning of bitcoin, just to a much smaller number.

I don't think OP is a troll.
IMHO, he is more likely a newbie just receiving 18009 satoshi from a faucet, can't believe it is worth less than 9 cents and is wondering which part of the calculation goes wrong.
