Dragon Group is one betting venture I would highly recommend staying away from, due to the lack of response when you are trying to get a payout. I recently started out with betbanks (now a part of the Dragon Group) and used the bonus that was provided, where I could cash out up to $350 IF I deposited $35. Seemed fishy, but I played the bonus anyway then proceeded to lose it all. Bonus was down to $0 and I had lost the $70 they had given me as a bonus. They then offered me a credit account to which I said yes. I ended up winning $100 and since they had said the minimum withdrawal was $100, I immediately cashed out and was told I would receive my withdrawal within 24 hours. Well fast forward 3 weeks and I haven't received it. Now the company that took them over is giving me some BS about me having to deposit first to release my withdrawal. 1)My credit account is just as good as a deposit and since I had used the entire bonus balance, their argument of terms is null because I had no balance left, until I got a credit account. Winnings after that should've been processed immediately. 2) Who makes you deposit to withdrawal even after a bonus balance anyway? They should figure that the person would just ask for the deposit back right away anyway. These freerolls are basically bait to get you to win, so that you deposit, and then they run with your money. That's what I figure. I love the excuse that was brought up. "If we gave free money out, we would be broke" Sounds like something you want to here from these bonus scams huh? Dragon Group-Now if you want to be taken seriously, your going to need to make good on what you owe me. 1FE3ydQmSJAE1Ks7TkZAWZNzQzdLPdyrXa That wallet is open 24/7 DG. Make things right.

Not sure of their exact terms, but often with deposit bonuses, rollover is still in effect after you lose the bonus money if you deposit again. Obviously that's a bit ridiculous since you'd be better off with a new account than having to complete rollover on money you already lost, but it's not uncommon in the gaming industry.

The credit account thing is a bit of a red flag though. Did you have any sort of in-person contact with anyone from there? If not, on what collateral were they extending you credit?

Theres something very fishy about these sites. I couldnt find any attempt to show provably fair gaming in the casino potion of the site, to me seemed a bit rigged. Also, while the support seemed helpful the one person doing support couldnt seem to find how far along i was on my bonus rollover, about 45 minutes later i was emailed with a number. you would think with those kind of bonuses it would be top priority information on their part to have ready.

Yeah I have emails and messages saying betbanks would pay me. But they changed course on that. Its not anything about rollover bro. I never mentioned a rollover. Please read again

Are you saying they give bonuses without rollover? You can just cash it out without playing?

Also you didn't answer about if you had any IRL contact or collateral for the credit play.

No I am not saying that there wasn't a rollover. I exceeded the roll over since that wasn't the issue brought up. I had contact with Don through email and no there was not collateral. Still extended the credit though. On which I won $100 with. I am not going to deposit $30 to just ask for it right back. If they can't afford $100 then they shouldn't be in existence. They are a scam to say the least. Look at the "successful" cashout on their thread. LOL. He made his account 3 hours prior. Just stay away. These freerolls are just bullshit to try to get your balance up, then you deposit a measly $30? Play at a real book. This is just a big headache

Yeah, any site that offers credit accounts to people they have no way of getting the money from are just freerolling you. If you win, they don't pay unless you deposit, and then they still don't pay. If you lose, they try to get you to pay.
