Is SHIFT related with Zeronet?

it depends on what you mean by related.

Phantom is SHIFT's implementation of Zeronet. Phantom is able to interact with Zeronet, but Phantom is more than Zeronet. It will have its own DNS, that means instead of using account addresses to access sites, you will be able to create a domain name like mydomain.shift, which is more memorizable by humans. And since SHIFT is a cryptocurrency and Dapp platform, it will allow an entire ecosystem to be created.
