When you activate the Google Authenticator on the website, you're shown a QR code and a text code. Next time: Make a copy of these, store the copy safely (what I do is to print out the page, scan the QR code from the print, put the print in a safe place). In the event that you lose your phone, you can find any other compatible phone or tablet and restore access with the backup.

If you don't have this, then the only thing you can do is wait for customer support to help you.

I hate google autheticator how you can't back up the bloody codes without rooting the phone.
Obviously you can save initial code/qr thingo when you setup each code.... but would be nice if you back it all up....

Last time I did it I had to root phone.. go into the hidden system mode and access the db it was stored in..

Sorry my post doesn't help heh... just ranting :p

Hope they get back to you soon and sort out your issues though.
