the currenct situation look like around the world there is conflict between the people and goverment.

the goverment dont explain enought just placing rules and fines but there is not enougt explanation to the people.
all over the world it seems like goverment has going away more from people and acting like just own everything.
but who is the goverment? the goverment officials so how come the people see them as their enemy instead of working togetger and solving problems ?
dont you guys think that goverment should not destroy himself by creatign hatred from people?
specially now when we are in this critical situation the goverment should act like big supportive entety not making people to mad or against goverment.
its like roman empire effect when faschist regime will destroy the very own goverment things need to be more positive more friendly we can not hear everyday there is some corrupted goverment officials or only orders from goverment? we should have much more friendly and respectful society towards each other too much hate against each other can we just calm down and change ourselfes? 
next thing is when goverment officials are corrupted this is becouse they might want to get more money for th job what they do instead of punishment and runing their reputation on media....we should ask why you did so? you stole the few millions? thats ok can you give back at least some money?
and yes the people who run the goverment should get more becouse they are the people who represent people and run country for everybody else so to prevent them to stealing their wages and work life balance should be good.
but the goverment must fix the missundestood between people and govement fast goverment cant be some authotority rules telling machine it just dont work roman empire was falling down becouse of the people did not like the goverment anymore so if we dont change this our local goverments will lose any authority and credibility.

I think the main reason for the conflict between the government and the people around the world is the lack of understanding between them. Other indicators include ineffectiveness of parliament lack of rule of law politicization of the judiciary. Since these features are not related to any particular government analysts rightly claim that they are closely linked to the country's governance. Due to the intervention of political leaders the government is creating tension among the people.

Sounds like the government be like "oh, we try to guess what people need but we never understand".
I can't agree. People in the government are from the "people" themselves. They know what people need. The main requirement - not to steal from the country but this requierement is impossible to be fullfiled.
