Block Erupter device driver

The Block Erupter USB miners are pretty much obsolete now, but it's a shame to see all that hardware go to waste. Does anyone know where to get information on how to interface with it? I ask simply because I've been creating my own program to create small hashes: (excuse the pun name) https://app.box.com/files/0/f/2494386175/1/f_21314259473

It's just a toy program and has no real use, but it would be fun to use ASIC hardware that is no longer being used for mining to make it faster.
