already configurated it but when i set it to start i only get this error "socket connect error 127.0.0.1:4028

any idea what i have to do?

could you please post more informations on your network settings please?

If cgminer is not running you don't have a software to listen to your 4028 port for the API. Hence the error in the UI .. which has nothing to connect to. It is NOT a local network issue since you see that error on the UI, while connected to the miner via HTTP.
