Installing plugins on the windows client

I have been messing around with several plugins for electrum from Github on my windows client and cannot for the life of me figure out how to install them. I have played around with python, but I clearly am not getting it. I have searched up and down the internet to no avail. I'm just hoping that some kind soul can tel me what I'm doing wrong.

Just drag them (or copy them) to the plugins folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Electrum\plugins
