Looks like your email account may have been hacked too.

Yeah, it seems my email password has been changed at least 3x in the last 48 hrs. So I must assume, that the hacker can read the new passwords as I set them. So I cannot access my machine with the wallet atm. That's why this thread with the account recovery doesn't really work for me at the moment.

But this account must be important to the hacker, since he offered me a deal. He wouldn't do me any further harm, if I wouldn't touch the bitcointalk account. And he has captured at least my btc-e account, too.

Where did he offer you this deal? Have you any idea how he got your email address?

Finding my mail addy is no problem. I usually leave  a mail addy in practically all my source files, so users can mail me for support.

The hacker used a mail addy to take over my btc-e account and mailed him there to tell him, he should leave my mails alone. He responded 3 times now, and now told me not to recover the btc-e account, too. Now I have to get the balances otherwise, because I need this info.

I'm uncertain, if I should post his addy here (and maybe his mails). Maybe this would help to identify him?

You need to prove you own the account.  Follow the instructions here:

If your account was hacked you must follow the instructions provided in the Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords topic.
