UPDATE: gave up all hope of getting that back. still it is pretty big if i get that 146$ around 0.35BTC.

Viewing that from another angle, in order to process just a $10 deposit for the 2 hr plan, the HYIP owner need to get at least $128 deposits within 2 hours, and then need to get at least $1638.4 in the next 2 hours.

It is not surprised to see the scheme collapsed within a very short time.
