I saw this many times. This mostly happens when your internet connection is disconnected.

my internet is connected alright. Never happened to me before.

Blockchain is going up and down and up ...

i have to reload many times to load the page.

Is the site okay for you?

2 people have tried to send me BTC from blockchain.info wallets and neither transaction has hit the network, something is up...

Yes, they are up and down, they tweeted about it, I just tried to push a transaction and it gave an error.  Shocked

Edit: It just went through, maybe they are just changing the UI, it looks a bit different.

Edit2: The transaction is not showing up!    Huh
