I loaded some moneypaks I got from selling BTC, and the account was closed after but the funds are fine. I am waiting for a refund check that I requested Oct. 28th via FedEx. GreenDot said they sent the check but do not even having a tracking # for it. I can check the balance on my online account and all the money is still there. Does anyone have any experience actually getting your refund check? I am worried that my money is stuck and gone in their system and I will never get it back. Please let me know if you have any experiences to help me get it back, ie. Phone #s to call.
