CPU+GPU mining together

My logic is like this.

I3-7100 cost $115 and uses 8w power
I7-6700 cost $200 more and uses 35w more when mining. Zcoin makes profit of  0.50c per day.

So the I7 will start to make me money after 400 days where the I3 will not. 3 months ago this little thing was making me $2 a day so I have paid it off a long time ago.

I have 10 rigs all with I7 mining and i bought a new 6x1070 rig just from mining with cpu's

we might never see such days again or tomorrow a new coin comes along that is very profitable on cpu's

There are other CryptoNight coins out there that can be potentially more profitable than Monero for CPU mining temporarily, but that’s essentially true.

If you’re mining with an Intel CPU on Nicehash, though, it seems to default to HODL since Intel CPUs typically aren’t that great at mining XMR with their small L3 cache. Seems like it’s only been on XMR for a short time this month if you’re theoretically mining with an i7-6700 or even a 7700K.

I have a rig with 6GPU 1060 6GB, and a core i3-7100. Currently Claymore ethereum miner is running but CPU is idle, I want to utilize my CPU too, so pls tell me what miner I have to download for CPU and how can it work with gpu mining.
Also please suggest more profitable miner for CPU.

If you want to do CPU overclock, personally I can't suggest you that, it's not for your CPU and won't do much for long or even short term profit.
Since you have 6x gtx1060, why are you looking for cpu mining?
As other suggested you, sell them and buy i7.
But I would sell 1060 and buy 1070....
