0.5 BTC Bounty for Building Miningpool

I need Miningpool with this parameter :

1. Manual addition of altcoin (optional)
2. Manual adjust Max-Min Difficulty range (pool disconnect or stop mining if diff out of range).
3. Auto withdraw
4. Blocks found Sound and Log
5. Show Hashrate and Accepted share 60sec refresh interval.
6. Private user.
7. There are 3 (three) different altcoins with three ports. (each alts is one port)

If someone can help me, there are available 0.5 BTC bounty and 2% mining fee.
