What are your overclock configs?

I use this:
        option 'freq_value'    '4e81'        #375M
        option 'chip_freq'      '375'
        option 'timeout'        '37'

And it puts the first chips on each blade down. It runs at about 45C or less. I was wondering what I can do to prevent the chips from going down.

go back down to 350   but on a more serious note.   what is your psu?   overclocking means you need a better psu because you use more power.  it may be your psu is not up to the task.

Yeah I put it back to stock. I'm using a Corsair HX520 (520W) for a single Antminer S1. Each blade is getting power via the 6-pin PCI-E connector

I looked your psu up on newegg

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001

it has 3 rails for 12 volts each is 18 amps     18 x 12 = 198 watts  so  most likely   you hook up 2 pcie cords one on rail A  one on rail B   the third rail is not used so you can get a max of 198 + 198 = 396 watts into the s-1  and the s-1 may need a little more to do 375 clock

just stick with 350 clock and mine unless you get a deal for a better psu.
