Bitcoin Rewarding search engine

So, I don't know how many of you out there are familiar with Swagbucks (swagbucks.com/refer/Kansattica), but it's basically a search engine that gives out random rewards (in the form of "swagbucks" that can be exchanged for rewards and paid for by sponsered result advertisements). I was wondering if anyone was considering a version of this that rewarded users with, instead of these virtual 'bucks', we reward the users with Bitcoin, an accruing payment that would automatically pay out either whenever or at a certain threshold.
