Hi all,

I need to convert a 44 byte long private key from a blockchain.info backup.  Both the bitcoin reference client and bitaddress.org flag the address as invalid.

Anyone know what the format is? or explain how I can convert it to a more usable format?

Never mind.. I imported the file into multibit and then exported it via multibit into a compatible format.
