NuShare holders recieve their first dividend payment, $50,000 worth in PPC

NuShare holders got their first dividend payment today. 68,306 PPC (Peercoins) were bought off the open market in the last two days, and distributed to shareholders. If you held NuShares for at least 36 hours before it went out, you have either received your dividend or can receive it by following this guide.

The overview I linked will show you an approximate of how much $ you will make per planned payment.


Right now 1000 NuShares would cost you less than $3, your payments will be very small. Punching some quick math I think you would have gotten roughly 5 cents worth of PPC, so like 0.07 PPC? I think I did the math correctly there

NuShares are currently traded on Bter and CCEDK. Anyone can become a shareholder just like anyone can buy Bitcoin. Difference between NuShares and Bitcoin is that you'll be paid for holding them, and you'll get to vote on things that will affect the network.
