Stellar deposits frozen on Poloniex?

Are stellar deposits frozen for everyone on Poloniex, and are withdrawals frozen too? The message below is showing by my poloniex stellar balance.

Currency Frozen - Do Not Deposit

I heard about the justcoin stellar hack, but I thought Poloniex was trading normally.

Sorry, the withdrawal button says frozen and is greyed out. They must have locked everything down.
