I transferred in 40,000 XRP 6 says ago, more than half a bitcoin's worth. They left my Ripple account but never arrived on Cryptsy. I created a ticket and my ticket has been escalated to Tier 2 Support and then nothing. No updates, no explanation, nothing. Despite my pleas for an explanation and an update nothing has come out from them. Bloody useless.
