Okay so I am using DDNS for external access to my P2Pool but my antminers doesn't seem to like the address when I try to punch it in.  When I web browse to the address it works fine the graphs come up and all that, but when I try to point my miners to it it's beep beep beep...

Is there something heinously obvious I am missing?

Are your Antminers internal?  IE are they on the same LAN as your p2pool?  If they are, you should be using the internal IP, not the external, because many routers don't do local loopback.

I was actually asking about other people remoting in.

So, you're actually trying to ask something you didn't ask in the first place?  How the f**k are we supposed to know what you're actually asking when you didn't ask it?   Roll Eyes

Yeah I know...that was rather dumb of me...sorry.  I answered my original question already and the second question was more of a followup.
