The top of my cgminer console window (I am using Mac-slim cgminer version 4.3.3) has been looking like this all overnight:

All that's been showing in the main verbose area is this (all night):

I had it switched from "Failover" to "Round Robin" to "Rotate (1 min intervals)" in "Pool Management", to no avail.
Is this supposed to be happening for the first day or two? Or am I doing something wrong?
