Justcoin.com Support Service offline?

It has been over 5 days now, with all my support requests sent to Justcoin.com being ignored.

I just need to get a few questions answered, because my account has been suspended for a reason, I need to talk to the support to solve it.

Other than me, I know 2 people who have (huge) funds there and can't withdraw them, because nothing comes out of justcoin now, only goes in.

What the hell is going on?

Anyone got a support request in the last 5 days answered from Justcoin?
