From ABC TV Australia's Business Program:

Money problems for Bitcoin as a new virtual Aussie exchange opens

"A new Bitcoin exchange is open for business in Sydney touting a secure and faster way to use the crypto-currency. But spending Bitcoin is not that simple with only 76 thousand merchants accepting the commodity globally. Critics say it's a pretend currency for speculators and its only value is its payment system."

Yeah that made me laugh, too.

It's odd that the "critic" they interviewed said that the only valuable aspect of Bitcoin is its payment system as if that is a problem.

I can't even be bothered getting angry at their stupidity anymore because, well, it's just so stupid.
