Hi all, Thaks for taken the time to look at this, I have just started using bitcoin, silly me i knew about it a very long time ago, installed the software and never ever gave it a thought again, But thats life.
What i am wondering is what hardware would you go for as a start up, I'm not looking to make thousands,am just using the comp as it is not doing much. I have a ENGTX295 G card, I have overclocked it a bit, i bought that before i realised that Nvidea is not the best for mining,I have been looking at a few things on flee bay ,ASICMiner Block Erupter USB 330MH/s Sapphire Miner,,RockMiner NEW R-BOX 100 -110 GH/s ASIC SHA-256 Miner ASICMiner Gen3 100-135 Watts Total,,Antminer S1 - 200 Gh/s Bitcoin Asic Miner,, thats a few i have been looking at , i'm not looking to spend alot of money all at once, but lookig for something i can add too,,Thaks very much for reading , any advice o what you would go for would be a real help, sorry i have not put the pc specs down ,as i cannot seem to find where it goes ,thanks again ,garry.

GPU is dead for most sadly so I would not even use it.  Do ROI math but it's most likely is using more electricity then profit.

BE usb - The usb sticks are more for show, they will never make back the price even though its cheap.
S1 - Uses too much energy

There are just a whole lot of miners there.   Look in group buy section, and also bitmain.  Between those you will find something current make sure to do ROI math.

It is hard for normal home miners to even regain half of their money, don't even talk about ROI. Those ASIC miner you saw are outraged and used, they can have a shorter lifespan and lower performance. If you are mining as a hobby, buy a USB miner and use it to mine while learning about Bitcoin. Don't expect those to generate Bitcoins and ROI however. Since that's cheap, it would be useful for educational purposes.

It's not profitable for home miners now. Unless you have free or very cheap electricity.

This is the real answer, don't mine cause you won't make back your investment.
