BTCJAM withdraw did not work, fund debited but...

Funds taken from btcjam account when I withdrew but never appeared in wallet the withdraw was initiated to and tx id does not exist in the block chain.

Anyone had similar issues? It's as if it didn't withdraw but the funds are no longer in the btcjam account. Have contacted support but wondering if anyone has any other advice.

The transaction has 47 confirmations now, and the first confirmation comes just 4 minutes after your post (2014-11-02 00:56:57).
