I have sent 0.55 BTC to someone but he did not recieve yet and i can not find it in blockcain. but money gone from my multibit

any idea what happened ?

You probably sent it to a wrong address or into the void. Which address was you sending it to ?

What does the Transactions tab tell? (If you don't have it, do View->Transactions).
Is it there? What's its status? Maybe you just have to wait a little more?

Check the same thing at blockr.io (or another block explorer).  Blockchain.info is a web site and it often has bugs although this time it just seems like it hadn't confirmed yet.
