looking a people who able to build faucet with wallet inside and I will be able to send payments on weekends by blockchain API.

I would recommend mnporter, he's helping me make mine and he'll help you to make yours for $5. Except I think the ones he make use microwallet/faucetbox.

I been contacted with him but hi said no, only microwallet fauet.

UPDATE: good news, one user reports that microwallet recently white listed his ip and fixed his API, so hopefully microwallet fixes withdrawals soon!

There are already many APIs for Bitcoin faucets, such as Microwallet and Faucetbox which are free. Microwallet's a bit rough at the moment, though.
