Hello
i have a SP31 , should be hosted from minersource.net
They get my miner on 31th october.
First message i get back on 6th october was that the miner will be online next 18 hours.
On 7th october they ask for pool Details and get back to me:
The unit will be up and hashing shortly.
On 10th october i get a contract to fill out.
On 13th i get mail:
The unit should be online and hashing.

But it isn´t hashing for my pool , because they don´t make the correct Settings , so far i know.
Pool is GHash.IO.
Will get back with more Details.

Have anyone the same experience with them ?

I choose minersource because spondoolies data Center reached capacity.
Spondoolies write me:
"As a Service to our customers , we have identified following three Options for Hosting"
one of them was minersource.net

Wrong Setting was only username instead username.<workerid>
i write to minersource that the miner name must be in the format :
username.<workerid>
They get back to me with this:
We will then Need you to create the correct worker per their instrutions then.
So i write again to minersource that they have to change the username in:
username+<workerid>
that was yesterday.
Now i´m waiting.
Anyone else similar problems with minersource?

If you look them up you will see lots of good and bad. I personally never used them.
