Too late for mining Litecoin or Doge with GPU's.  The cost to run them takes away all the profit you would be able to generate.  If you are serious about mining, look into ASIC's

you could try with cointellect, they pay me 1.5 EUR/day with a 6970.

THe 6990 is a very good card to mine with. But its very loud and runs very hot. But probably wont make much profit. Maybe 0.10 a day or so.
