cgminer help

I am running an HD 4850 with the latest drivers installed on windows 7, my bat file is

cgminer -o http://pool:port -u username -p password

But when I run this happens I just got this card (used) yesterday and installed the latest drives using amds auto detect. more system specs:

What are trying to mine LTC or scrypt n or other

For scrypt coins like LTC I used :

GUIminer only works on certain pools like coinotron or multipool,may be others but those were the ones I was mining on already

I never had any luck mining scrypt n,the miner software was a pain to setup
