I am building a website
http://www.btcmaniac.com. It will list a lot of resources to get free BTC, but also altcoins. All the websites included are manually checked regularly and I keep only the best regarding the amount gained.
Also there is a list with great deals on cloud mining, only websites with good reputations and proof of payment. There are a lot of scams in this area!
The website is still in beta, as soon as there will be more news, you'll be notified.
