does it mean that if you buy the product its yours forever and not paying electricity or anything to them?

I think yes. Most offers of cloud mining from CEX.io are lifetime. But you need to get it from a trusted source.

After you buy at cex.io ghs or a voucher from ebay you will be paying a maintenance fee.I think vouchers on ebay are little bit overpriced from the real price on cex.io.

take those words seriously, theres that saying goes invest what you can afford to lose.

I mean who knows, they can stay for a long time, but still take precaution.

By life they mean the life of the company, not yours. Some companies are rather short-lived.
