Why would bitcoin not comply with any of these? If Paypal works then so can bitcoin. They'll likely just adapt paypal to be a bitcoin payment processor anyway.

I think they might be able to freeze your account if someone pays you with a stolen credit card. I have not yet considered any similar situations involving paying with bitcoin. What reason could they freeze your account for?

They can freeze any account anytime for any arbitrary reason. Thats what paypal can do as well.

Isn't it planned to merely integrate BTC into Paypal?

That of course would make the idea utterly useless, because you would still have to use evil Painpal component to use good BTC.

I am keen seeing how they do it internationally, because some countries do not permit Ebay to enforce a strict paypal-only policy (antitrust law basically)

eBay accounts do not hold anything of value (except for reputation). They have no way of knowing if someone pays you with a stolen credit card (unless the payment is done via paypal). They would be more likely to freeze your account if you were to receive a lot of buyer disputes at once
