Armory Not Loading

I was running armory fine no problems. Now when I try to open it, I get the armory splash screen but after it goes away I can not get the gui interface to open. I can go into task manager it shows its open. Thats as far as I can get. I have uninstalled it and reinstall still no luck.

Try to start in offline mode, see if that works.

When I try to start offline the splash screen stays on and starts not responding. Thats as far as I can get.
