Buy/Sell orders typically take 7 days to complete.

Warning though: If you buy, and the price goes up in that 7 days, there is a high probability that they will cancel your transaction.

What exchanges cancel transactions?  Do they have this written into their policies?

Coinbase just announced that users can instantly purchase cryptocurrency and have it be funded from a U.S. bank account.
