Can someone with a better understanding of finance explain what the term 'Forex meets Bitcoin exchange' means.

Probably that you can trade (for profit, rather than just to exchange to a different currency) various currencies including Bitcoin.

they want use the volatility of bitcoin to "make" money ... and they will loose again bitcoin, for sure. because, in bitcoin, you MUST PAY to play ...  digital money (bitcoin) is not virtual currency (QE) like in the FOREX. |

No, I'm just saying that their tagline is just meant to get as many terms that are nice to search engines as possible. to get better search results. They could also use "FX meets foreign exchange in digital currencies and bitcoin" forex==currency exchange=FX bitcoin is already considered as forex by many financial sources. |

So by those terms would 'bitcoin forex' mean 'bitcoin exchange' yes exactly. forex means precisely ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_exchange_market) currency exchange. so bitcoin exchange is forex insofar as bitcoin is a currency, and it has been recognized as such by several countries already. |

They have recently opened new markets, now you can trade bitcoin against USD, EURO, and GBP. If you live in europe you can withdraw EURO and GBP using SEPA. Most exchanges only let you trade against USD and if you withdraw to a country that uses something else besides USD you have to pay exchange rate fees to convert yo your local currency.
