Electrum problem

did you try going to the task manager and ending the process, then restarting it?

try

alt + space
m or whatever your shortcut for move is, you can test that e.g. on a explorer window
and hold the left arrow button down.

Sometimes the window spawns in the area outside of your screen to the right for some reason.

I remembered it happened to me once before. I had to delete electrum and reinstall. But before you do it, make sure you have your wallet backed up or your seeds written down. The "default_wallet.file" should be in your user directory "Application Data\Electrum\wallets".

give it some time, it might appear

try changing your resolusion, the window might be outside of vision, or maybe you have activated 2nd monitor by accident.

if nothing worked reinstall it after backing up your wallet
