Never believe in C-Cex!!!

They have frozen my money for more than half a year.

I understand they got a attack that day. But there is no reason to transfer their mistake to my loss.

They seem to return my money for 10 years, which means I will lose my 10 years time value of that money, which is a huge amount!

DO NOT TRADE ON C-CEX, or otherwise your money will also be frozen next time.

Sent ticket and  after 7 days  receive the answer: "Ok. Our security disabled Your account because of negative BTC balance
C-CEX.com: Please, tell me when Your BTC balance become negative. What have You done before it goes to minus?"

They said my account was negative to 1.18 BTC
They asked me why?

I can not log into my account and can not check my transaction. I do not understand why my account is negative. I just sell my BTC. I do not doing anything else. Only they can check transaction. Now they ask me how I answered.

I'm waiting for them to give evidence my account negative.

that sucks... this is the 1st time I heard of these guys though.

why not exchange on more popular ones like bitstamp? the operator seems to state you sold bitcoin? hence the negative balance, but if they cant show records of the bitcoin sold, then thats a red flag on its own.

I used c-CEX from 7/2014 and highly appreciated it. With c-CEX I can convert altcoin to altcoin

That time btc-e 1BTC = $ 350 and c-CEX 1BTC = $ 380. I want to sell high should I move my BTC in c-CEX for selling.

I do not understand why my account was negative because I sell my BTC. Given the buyer at that price.

I just sell my BTC and not do anything else.

I feel really sad that they inform me of successful withdrawal but not really send the money to me.

7 days after the ticket they did not send answers: why my account is locked. to long!

I wait 7 days to see it online on Skype and get one question: Why did my account go negative. After that they are offline. That I do not know. I can not login to my account and can not check my transaction.
