I got an awesome idea in my mind and i want to convert that idea to a real working site.
I already have domain related to the project.

If any web developer is able to make something with instant withdraw and deposits and with more features, I will be sharing 50% of my profit with that developer.

I dont know anything about these bitcoin sites.
I just have an idea and i want someone to convert it to working site with some features.
I can explain you all the idea if you are interested.
Basically it isn't a dice/poker or any site like this, its a unique project.

Why don't you post a little more about what the idea would be, so that web developers would have a better idea about what they'd be expected to do? I might be interested; if you don't want to share it publicly, maybe PM?

An idea is worth maybe 10%-20%.   

If you are willing to be realistic, you might get more interest.

Ofcourse,    Im just saying, theres no point in having an NDA? if it doesnt have your actual name in it right ?

but he can always email you an nda, you print it, sign it, scan it, and email it back ...  it sounds like a hasstle, but then everyone feels safe ..
