Export the private key via the dev console under help. Type help to see all commands, it should be dumpprivkey <address>.  You might have to unlock the wallet first, the command for that is walletpassphrase <password> <time> where time is the time its unlocked in seconds.
Once you did this, it will show your private key for that address and you can write it on paper.

Not sure why you dont just create a paperwallet and transfer the coins via a transaction, which has way less steps that can go wrong though.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

I would consider to print out a fresh paper wallet and after sending the funds to this wallet. It's no real offline wallet if the key was in touch on an online computer...

everything was in the blockchain.

i dont see the point of the paper wallets, i have everything in a hdd and a backup of this wallet and hdd (couple of them) everything with password

i didnt have any issue at the moment.

Anyway its more easy fund a paper wallet and tranfer the funds there

1. Just Export your Privatekey. --> with
Bitcoin-QT, go to Console and type:
"dumpprivkey {your Public-
Address}" - Just replace your
Public-Address with that one you
want to export
2. Make a QR-Code from Private-Key
& your Public-Address.

But remember: It's not very secure
to past your Private-key Online !!
Better use some Offline QR Code
generator!
3. Paste your QR Codes (Public
Address & PrivateKey) on your
Paperwallet

I have a really tough method in mind.

1] Extreme 7zip or RAR the wallet.dat with a password.
2] Convert the file to hex/decimal (You may also use QR code converter).
3] Print the file and password on separate sheets.

Warning:
Reversing the process can be pretty tedious! But that's a good thing.
