Business loan for facebook advertisement

Would like to borrow BTC from 4 to 11 for 2-6 months. The loan would be needed to run auction portal (lowest unique bid) advertisement campaign on facebook. The site runs in two country's, different timezones, languages, domains, currency. Site value starts from 5500 £  

Interest rate would be up for discussion

Collateral 1:

I would offer as collateral the auction portal website for loan starting from 9 BTC.

Collateral 2:

 % of the revenue from the bid pack sales also that users will be buying, bid packs cost from 5£ to 180£ for loan starting from 4 BTC
